Are ghost's associated with "hot" or "warm spots"?

I came into my room, and laid on my bed, and as soon as I laid down I jumped up due to the fact it felt like my bed had heated up. The temp increase was so noticable it startled me. So I checked my outlets, and my laptop which is on my side table, and everything was fine. No warmth coming from anything. Almost as fast as it happened it was gone. I doubt I have issues with hot flashes lol. I instantly thought "ghost"?? But ive never head of a warm or heated spot, just cold areas...any thoughts??
