Headache and hot flush. ?

For the past week I have had a head ache around my forehead and around my eyes, I will also get a sudden feel of warmth around my forehead which only lasts a few seconds. I also wear glasses but the feeling doesn't go away when I wear them so it can't be eye strain. the head ache isn't unbearable just annoying. what could this be from?? I do suffer from anxiety and mild stress as I am in my final year of high school.
