Is it a sprain or scaphoid fracture?

i fell playing basketball about a week and a half ago, using my hands to break my fall. originally i thought it was a sprain, there was no bruising or swelling that came along with the injury. there is a tenderness around my wrist, not in the indention under my thumb, but inward more. i have full movement of my wrist, can make a tight fist, its just a little sore and i feel some warmth around the area. last night i felt a little numbness, but i dont know if thats from my wrist brace being too tight or not. can someone please help me diagnose this, so i can figure out my next move. thanks.
