Is there a 'pool / billiards' type game that 'levels the playing field' and where literally anyone could win?

There is a game called kino that basically is a crapshoot invololving a little skill and a ton of luck. The object of the game is to get the balls to stick into #rd holes on the kino board. You score points this way or can kino for an automatic win. You must buy a kino board and put it on one end of the table.
