EWWW! why am i constantly having this disgusting discharge!?

Help with my barrel racing mare?

I have a mare that's well in her teens and I hope to pursue barrel racing with her. Though she is very hollow and doesn't really lift and bend. i want to lose like 45 pounds. I am 5'6 and the last time I weighed myself, I weighed 182. i am eating more healthy(fruits and veggies), I am not eating junk food that much.I eat but just a little and not everyday. You know moderatley. I also reduced my meal portions. I am drinking tons of water everday and not drinking too much sodas or juices. I am also doing 45-60 min of cardio exercise everyday(jump roping) and doing another 20 min or 40 of walking sometimes in the afternoons. i eat like less than 1500 calories day, maybe like 1200 or 1300. I have been doing this for about 1 week and i feel somewhat slimmer and with more energy. Do you think I will lose like 20 pounds by august 15?

Can I place my puppy in the bathroom to sleep at night in winter.?

Ok, so me, my girlfriend of 6 months, my best friend (dude), and possibly 1-3 of my girlfriends best friends are coming over to my house for a 4th of July type small party. Dark red marks on foot arch from exercise, is it okay?

Well I've been working out alot, on my feet alot, and today I did a little over 3 hours of rebounding (mini trampoline) and when I stopped to take a break after the 3 hours I noticed there were long red marks all along the arch of my foot. I'm wondering if that's bad or if it just means it's irritated. If it's just irritated that's okay I just want to make sure I'm not really damaging my feet or anything. Because I need to do 2 more hours and I usually do 1 hour of jump rope as well and 2 workout DVD routines and some dancing so I just want to make sure my feet are okay and it's not a sign of an injury to come or anything. Also all the workouts I do are with bare feet, I refuse to workout with shoes on unless I'm dancing because they completely throw me off. Dvt blood clot pain during pregnancy?

For those that have had a dvt, can someone describe what kind of pain it caused? Was it an aching or sharp or sore pain? I have a spot on my calf that is sore when i flex my leg a certain way...but not so much when i flex my toes up like a dvt would. Theres no swelling or redness or warmth but i have read that 50% of dvts produce minimal to no symptoms at all. The pain i feel is not severe but its defintely sore when moved a certain way.

You should do a lot of cardio first to lose the fat. Then start to add in weight lifting, etc and eat more protein. Increase the amount and intensity of the chest exercises as you get better. Then, when you have your ideal body, keep the level of difficulty constant, unless your chest starts to get too big. Then you can decrease the amount and intensity a little bit, and it should get smaller pretty quickly. Good luck!

The mom was taking very good care of her babies for around a week. 1 baby is 9 days old, the other baby is 7 days old, and the third baby is only a day old! There is still one more egg and I candled that egg and the baby is still a live inside and i feel the baby moving inside and hear tapping. Well the mom is starting to come out of the nest box A LOT! She comes out and her and the male keep regurgitating and when she is done, she doesn't go back inside. The babies will be calling for her and she doesn't go back in. She goes in only sometimes now. The newly hatched baby is gonna be 2 days old by tomorrow and i checked him and he isn't being fed. He should have by now. He keeps going under neath the bigger chicks so maybe the mom doesn't see him? When i move that baby to the side, he just crawls back under them. This new baby keeps chirping a lot though for food and hasn't been fed yet. It would be horrible for this baby to die. I do know that they still go in sometimes but its just that the mom isn't sitting on her babies much now and they are cuddling together for warmth and that i still don't see food in that new babies crop. So....What do i do? And how do i know for sure that the mom is definably not taking care of them. I didn't really want to hand feed them cuz I don't know how... please help!

I have a physics homework problem that has 2 blocks on an inclined surface, thats frictionless. Block 1 is attached to Block 2 which is attached to a mass thats hanging from a pulley. The whole system is frictionless, ignore mass of ropes, and its all at rest. I understand that for Block 1, I have MgSin(theta) countering the Tenstion (T1) But for the 2nd block it has a rope on each side (one to hanging mass, and one holding block 1) So there is a T (tension) on both sides. These counter each other but because the block is on an incline do I still add MgSin(theta)? Mass would be for 2nd block in that one. I would get something like Tension 2 - Tension 1 - MgSin(theta) = 0

Okay so at night, i always just go lay on my car,listen to some music and look at the stars and sky. Then I find out questions that I want to know the answer too. Like how far can the human eye see? look in the sky and ask yourself. How far can you see, until your vision just stops. Can you see limitless until something gets in its way? and stars, Why did God put stars here, I know in the Biblical times they were for direction....but what about now? what do they do...could they possibly be warmth for another type of being in the universe? opinions..answers. etc.

I was lucky enough to meet Jeanette Lee a couple years back at a Billiards Expo. When gushing to her about what a huge fan I was of hers she took her custom made glove (with the black window spider etched into it) and autographed it for me. Training a horse who hasn't been rode for two years.....?

Dark red marks on foot arch, is it okay?

Well I've been working out alot, on my feet alot, and today I did a little over 3 hours of rebounding (mini trampoline) and when I stopped to take a break after the 3 hours I noticed there were long red marks all along the arch of my foot. I'm wondering if that's bad or if it just means it's irritated. If it's just irritated that's okay I just want to make sure I'm not really damaging my feet or anything. Because I need to do 2 more hours and I usually do 1 hour of jump rope as well and 2 workout DVD routines and some dancing so I just want to make sure my feet are okay and it's not a sign of an injury to come or anything. Also all the workouts I do are with bare feet, I refuse to workout with shoes on unless I'm dancing because they completely throw me off. Oh and don't ask why I'm working out so much lol there is a good reason. Thanks!

Awesome! The only thing I'd say is to take off the last sentence, "The trees followed." and make "he ran" It's on separate sentence. Adds more tension and finishes the paragraph nicely. But other than that, great work! :D

I came into my room, and laid on my bed, and as soon as I laid down I jumped up due to the fact it felt like my bed had heated up. The temp increase was so noticable it startled me. Your on the right path but for one thing...starch. Having a salad with your dinner is great. But you also need your fruit and other darker veggies, and nuts. Having starch and every mean....bread, pasta, rice...it's actually stammering your chances. I would suggest not so much starchy foods and when you do make it whole grain. In between your meals try a yogurt or a handful of nuts. Also when you think you might be hungry drink a huge glass a water. It makes your body think you are full. Eat slow as well. It takes 20 min for the mind to register you have eaten and are full. Never go back for seconds until you have waited that long. Your stomach is as big as your two fists put together, rule of thumb for the amount.

Is trapeze easy the circus thing?

No it is not easy and yes it is very dangerous. Even with nets to catch you if you fall there is a high risk of injury. It will take a lot of practice and wont help you with acting but may help you with gymnastics and flexibility.

What do i do! a baby robin needs help!?

i have a robin`s nest in the tree beside my bedroom window. one iof the babys got rejected by it`s mother and i found it on the ground in a pile of leaves. it is very weak and is barely breathing, i have it in a shoebox with a pillowcase in it. it is wrapped up pretty well in a washcloth and i have a warm light above it just enough so that it can get some extra warmth. what i have fed it was a mixture of powdered skim milk, oats, 1 crushed up tums and a bit of water to make it a kind of liquidy. i have read you are not supposed to give baby birds water or any other liquid. Did i hurt the bird or is what i`m giving it okay? also the baby bird is about 4 days old. what should i feed it? will animal services take it and help it or am i on my own? and do you expect it to live? My entire back, abdomen and even ribs gave me horrible pain last night and?

I went to the ER. It came on suddenly. Like it started down by my back and worked its way up into my shoulders and ribs. Then radiated to the front upper abdomen and in my chest. It hurt so bad no matter what position i put myself in I was in HORRIBLE PAIN. It came and went....It hurt to breath because it felt like someone had tied a rope around me and squeezed kind of. When the pain started, I got weak, got cold chills and started shaking. The ER told me I had the stomach flu! No way,. they didn't do xrays or anything. They also said my white blood cell count was very high and they weren't sure where the infection was. Today I'm not in as much pain but i am VERY SORE. My back and everything still aches and at times it feels like the attack is going to come again but it don't. Any ideas what this could be, because I have a feeling its not just the stomach flu. By the way its not my gall bladder , I had that removed 5 months ago.

very hard to read through because it appears as solid block of text. if posting online always use double spacing between paragraphs. much easier to read. not the most books have smaller pages and smaller margins thus can get away without double spacing.

Complicated back story but I will try to sum it up. My parents were together for nearly twenty years they split up when I was 6. But they didn't move into separate homes just separate bedrooms. She was constantly yelling and degrading my father so I am glad they split up. But while yet were separated my mother became involved with a famous musician (from another country Not US) and basically abandoned us (my sister brother and I) for nearly 6 years. She came in and out of our lives but only for a few hours on Sundays. She squandered all the savings my father (a relatively wealthy jeweler) created for us (my bro Sis and I) she was a custodian so legally she could do whatever she wanted. Can I drink alcohol a few hours after taking 1 adderall?

I was prescribed adderall today for add/anxiety issues. I have been prescribed ritalin a long time ago, I have recently been prescribed clonazepam a month and half ago, and paxil a month ago. I was switched to adderall today after an appoitment after the doctors. Anyways, on those other meds, I socially drank a few hours after taking them, and was fine. I took those other medicines as prescribed, and don't have an addictive personality. I enjoy my beer a couple of times a week watching sports or going to a billiards bar. Never had a reaction on those other meds whilst drinking alcohol. I always drank a few hours after my scheduled dose. My doctor prescribed me to take 1 10mg of Adderall once daily, but he said I could take up to two in the morning or separated morning and night? If I just take one in the morning, or early in the evening, will I be fine to drink at night? I'm responsible on medications, and know my tolerance levels on alcohol, and I'm 26, just never took adderall before?

I have had a wrist strain for 4 weeks and it hasnt healed, why?

4 weeks ago i strained my wrist from playing on the piano (stretching my hand too much doing the octaves) still hasnt healed. I cant feel any problems when theres a pull on my wrist, only when pushing. I can do pull ups without feeling a thing, but cant do any push ups at all. When i roll my wrist i can feel cracking/crackling in my wrist. I dont get any pain when my wrist is idle or doing anything that doesnt put a pushing pressure on it. I tried using a brace that kept it still, but it seemed to make my wrist worse, mabye the warmth or the lack of movement? ive been using IBULEVE gel on my wrist for 2 days, cant say for sure if its helping or not. My wrist seemed to be ok yesterday, but woke up this morning in the same shape as usual. Ive stopped playing the piano entirely, and when im typing on the computer i only use my good hand. I am really self concious. I am always looking in the mirror looking at my imperfection but especially my weight. I just cant stand how fat i am. i am 181 lbs and my height is 5'6. So, i feel depressed, and i feel ugly and jealous at people who are thin. I have almost 3 weeks that i have been eating healthier and almost 1 week of doing 1 hour of exercise(jump rope) everyday and walking another 40 min but walking is only sometimes. so i am doing something, but i feel like i am not going to lose any weight and i am going to stay fat. Eat 5 times a day, at the same times every day (this means eat healthy snacks so you can build muscles while speeding up your metabolism so you have lots of energy and can lift more. I am thin everywhere, else, I have literally no fat unfortunately in my butt, hips, and I am completely flat in the chest area because since the summer started, I noticed that all my fat started going to my calves. It looks really weird because my thighs and everything else is thin, except my calves, which look bulky and manly. I'm not sure if because I used to have gym in the school year, but I still jog 1.5 miles 3-4 times a week, and stretch a lot. My mom has "german" calves genetically and so do my sisters, but my dad's side is japanese and have very thin legs. Could it be from my mom's side, even though this came kind of suddenly because I used to have "chicken" legs. So there's three main events for girls in rodeo. Barrel racing, goat tying, and breakaway roping. When trying out for the college rodeo team, do I HAVE/NEED to be great at all three? Help me! I'm too lazy for my boyfriend!?

My boyfriend expects me to be a 'feminine girl' (as he puts it) and keep the house squeaky clean and fresh smelling all the time (not totally unreasonable), love to redecorate and cook dinner every night (and simple dinners are out of the question. He's an unnecessarily picky eater). I'm 19 and he's 22. My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years and we've lived together for almost two of those years with my father. We have an 18 month old daughter. It's not that i don't feel like i SHOULD keep the place clean but it's not something I was brought up doing so it's not like i have it already worked into my daily life. i can't even remember what my mother was like as a wife when she lived here and we haven't lived together for many years (she moved to another country) so she has never given me that kind of guidance. Also my boyfriends mother was like SUPERMOM. She cooked breakfast every morning, had dinner waiting every evening (she's a professional chef so I guess it was delicious) and kept the house spotless (according to him) with a job and three kids. So naturally my bf expects the same from me. I'm a young mom, I work 2 days a week and I'm a full time student pursuing my bachelors in biology. My bf works full time and has his own side business fixing computers. I want to make him happy and I have improved A LOT since we started living together but I'm still not 'up to his standard'. I try to cook as often as I can when I have the supplies (I don't make enough money to supply groceries every week so I have to wait on my father or him to supply the funds which can take a while especially since my dad gets paid monthly) and when the dishes are clean (I refuse to wash dishes, it's the only thing I just won't do so I can't complain when it takes him or my dad weeks to wash them) otherwise I have to wash pots and utensils to cook, plates for everyone to eat from, etc. but there is always something wrong. he always wants me to make things the way his mother made them and he won't eat it any other way. He likes his food elaborate with lots of herbs and extra fixin's. I made curry chicken and rice one night and he wouldn't eat it because it didn't have any potatoes or carrots. Well he ate some of it but he made it obvious that he didn't like it and he;s had a lot better. But back to the laziness issue. I want to have a clean house as well but I'm the only woman living here and this house has 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a foyer, a living room, a family room, a billiard room (we're not rich, we just have a pool table), a dining room, a good sized kitchen and a breakfast nook. My dad is a pack rat, my bf has computers and computer parts all over the place!!! It's just too much for me to keep clean on my own all the time especially with my schedule, not to mention I do my bf's laundry, mine and my daughter's every week. Thank God we have a washer and dryer! I clean my room once or twice a week and every other room once its gotten too dirty. My problem may be that i like to sleep. I am always late because when I wake up in the morning I'm still really tired and on the weekend when i have no work or class I always end up taking a nap during the day. Sometimes i have to make up excuses not to go to work because I'm just too tired. I don't know if i have a sleep disorder or something. He just thinks I'm lazy because he can work all week and some nights not even sleep and it doesn't bother him. he'll rarely do any cleaning on his own (and I'm talking once a year) and if I'm there he won't want to do anything for our daughter. His father was never around so he feels like i should be able to do everything on my own. He gets mad if my daughter's bottles aren't washed, if he thinks she's hungry and I haven't fed her yet or if i don't bathe her when she comes home from school (i let this slide sometimes because they give her a bath in school and sometimes when we come home it's late or she's sleeping). He'll get mad if i don't do those things or clean and he may do them but he'll be looking at me the whole time like "What kind of woman are you?" That's what hurts the most. I remember he told me I was a bad mother when my daughter was young because it was painful to breastfeed her so i wanted to buy a breast pump. Don't tell me what an a**hole my bf is, believe me I know but i love him anyway. Plus, I feel I'll end up having this cleanliness issue with any future bfs I live with. I don't know any other girl who doesn't like to clean so that bothers me too. I've thought of hiring a maid to come in like once I week but I'm sure that money would be better spent elsewhere and I don't want my bf (or anyone else) to think I'm lazy and I can't do it all.
